Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card through Worldpay. We also accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to The Funbuns. Items will not be sent out until a cheque has cleared
Delivery
We strive to provide all of our products at competitive prices.
As we are a UK based company, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% (where applicable).
We provide a standard delivery service. Items will be delivered within 3-5 days for a total price of £3.95 (per address) irrespective of the size of the order. Whilst we endeavour to get your items to you within that time there may be occasions when this is not possible. We will notify you of any delays when they occur.
Orders that contain out of stock products will be shipped in separate packages and the out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no extra cost.
At present we are only able to deliver items to addresses in the UK.
Gift Wrapping
We can gift wrap your purchases and also include a handwritten tag with your message for an additional cost of £3.95 per item. Once you have chosen your item you can choose to add the gift wrapping service and also type in your message which will then be handwritten on the tag. If you would like several presents wrapped together please just choose the gift wrapping option once and let us know you require all your items to be wrapped together as one parcel.
Guarantee Policy/Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with products purchased from the website, you are entitled to return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for replacement, exchange or refund.
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend that you send any packages by Special or Recorded Delivery.

Refunds
Should a product be discontinued a full refund will be provided. If an item is out of stock for some time a full refund will be offered.

All online purchases you make on our website are secure transactions.
Once you have purchased items from us we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit card details. We will also hold any alternative delivery address you provide us with. This information is only used to enable us to deliver your items and contact you if and when required. You may also have signed up for your monthly newsletter.
